For Fascia kits, a majority of these kits only require a fascia panel and brackets. Which has allowed me to sharpen my skills with designing Injection molded parts and Sheet-metal.

The design process for these types of products involves a different approach by first 3D scanning the existing OEM car dash panel/brackets or cavity. From the 3D scan I am able to reference the relevant surfaces and mounting points to develop an alternative fascia kit that accommodates for either a Single-DIN and pocket or Double-DIN head-unit.
